Communications related to bookings will be conducted as matters related to Contract.

ABA may contact past customers with news about our services as a Legitimate Interest of both parties. ABA may also contact current members of the Association on ABA business.

Should a recipient wish to stop receiving communications from ABA, they should email the ABA Data Protection Officer or phone the ABA Bookings Manager on 07934 926683 and state their wish to exercise their "Right to be Forgotten.”
